In person therapy is located at Oxford Street Therapy Centre in Wellingborough.

The counselling room is a quiet, and comfy space, which can be adapted for your preference.

For clients who would like some more space, and/or for play based sessions, larger rooms are available.

If any adjustments are required to access upstairs please let me know as we will use a downstairs room.

We also offer a comfortable waiting area and reception.

I can offer online/telephone counselling for ages 12+. Online counselling means you can have your sessions from your own chosen safe space, and can choose whether to be on video or not.

I offer some practical advice and information on how to set up for sessions if you choose this option.
