I support children and young people overwhelmed by anxiety to manage their thoughts and feelings, so they can feel calmer and regain a sense of control.

I specialise in working with anxiety in children and young people.
Due to having a lived experience of managing anxiety and OCD throughout my childhood, I bring a unique and powerful sense of empathy and understanding to this group struggling to navigate school and home life.
